Kendall Dodge of Lewiston has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor.1-3 years service writing experience required. Candidate must have superior verbal communication skills and proficient computer skills. Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance and the ability to operate many makes, models and types of vehicles, both manual and automatic often within restricted areas is required. Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. Service writing experience in a dealership preferred. Required schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, plus every other Saturday 7:30am-2:00pm.

DUTIES/ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:
Interface with customers and service technicians to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Determine need for repairs and maintenance by vehicle inspection and questioning customer, and by researching service history and computer information.
Verify that work is properly diagnosed and performed.
Input and maintain vehicle and customer information in computer system.
Perform multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and organized manner.
Work calmly and efficiently under pressure, and with persons who are frustrated.
Use telephone, Email and other means to communicate with customers and vendors.
Maintain professional appearance of work area.
Other tasks as assigned.
