RealTox Labs is a fully credentialed High Complex laboratory expanding nationally providing Toxicology and Molecular Testing services and solutions. We are searching for a successful sales representative with experience selling into Urology, Internal Medicine, Gynecology practices in the Baltimore, MD and surrounding area.MUST HAVE - Prior relationships and sales experience across the specialties highlighted above and experience representing medical device, pharmaceutical, bio-tech, laboratory services or other companies is required for consideration.MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CURRENT MARKET WHERE YOU LIVE!!Your job is to identify and enroll these physicians, practices to use our high complex laboratory for their patients Molecular UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) testing needs. We have a proprietary leading methodology that vastly improves patient care, speed and accuracy of results, and identifies the causative pathogens and the demonstrated effective or resistant anti-biotics to cure the patient’s symptoms.You earn commission for every paid sample conducted by our lab for as long as the physician/account relationship remains and you are employed at Realtox. We will provide you with all the tools and training that you need to become successful. Prior experience working with Urologists, Internal Medicine, Gynecologists, or products/services that support these groups is mandatory. You must have proven relationships and a current rolodex.The incumbent will be expected to develop new accounts and grow business in existing accounts within established geographic territory. You will be expected to exceed assigned Sales Targets, respond to requests for information, data from sales management, and marketing and corporate administrationSalary with generous monthly commissions!Specific Responsibilities: Have a fluent understanding of the Urology, Internal Medicine, Gynecology, and other medical practices and how they operateIdentify, target, prospect and acquire new clientsEstablish new client relationships through personal and company set marketing strategies for your defined territoryExecute account management functions and maintain contact with current clients as well as future clientsTrack and log activities in a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to measure and drive growth in assigned territoryAdhere to industry rules and regulationsWork independently and from a “Home Based Office”Strong scientific aptitude and ability to relay technical information, data and studies to current prospectsJob Requirements: Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry required * Experience selling to urologists, internal medicine, and gynecologists required!Bachelor’s degree from four-year college is preferred, but experience can be consideredValid Driver’s license and ability to travel as necessaryAbility to pass criminal background checkSalary and Benefits: Base salary + generous commissionHealth InsurancePaid Time OffJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeExperience:direct selling to Urologists or OBGYN: 3 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Location:Baltimore, MD (Required)
