Duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining electronic calendars, time entry, mail, negotiating purchases, managing marketing activities, ordering and maintaining inventory of supplies, maintaining firm data base and mailing lists, filing, maintaining pleading binders, and maintaining office and computer equipment, in addition to typing, editing, proof reading, answering phones, client interface and performing other duties and special projects as assigned. Excellent attention to detail, proof reading, grammar, spelling, computer skills in full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) essential. BA preferred; 30-37.5 hours per week.
