We have an exciting new opportunity to join our hospital system in a primary care outpatient setting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As the LPN, you would work alongside other RN’s and LPN's to provide quality care to patients in Highland NY. This opportunity would be a 5 day work schedule with full benefits included. Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
Answering questions for patients
Providing basic medical care
Administering medication
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient’s medical condition
Interacts with registered nurses out in the field
Documents notes when necessary
Requirements:
Graduate of approved LPN education program
NY LPN license
Active New York driver’s license
