We are seeking a Management Trainee to join our Platt team in Helena, MT!
The Management Trainee will learn branch operations through a series of work related assignments beginning at an entry level position. Trainees will gain practical hands-on experience as well as learn Platt's mission, vision, culture, and values. Upon successful completion of all work place assignments, the trainee will be able to apply for a management role within the company. This Management Trainee position will be a Non-Exempt position.

- Gain knowledge of all aspects of the branch.
- Learn and participate in facility and inventory maintenance.
- Perform all job functions within a branch including but not limited to sales, maintaining branch equipment and vehicles, driving, material handling, order processing.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service.

Must be a quick learner and consistently display a positive attitude. Willing to assume a variety of leadership roles within the company. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately. Must be able to work flexible hours. Willing to rotate to nearby branches if needed. Must have experience with Microsoft Office and the Web.
This position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in common units of measure including whole numbers, decimals, percentages and fractions.
Professional written and verbal communication skills must be present.
This position requires the ability to apply sound business judgment to ensure business objectives are met.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
This position requires a valid driver's license issued by the State of the position applied to with an acceptable driving record and 3 years of personal driving experience.
