Job Description

Prairie Community Services, Crestwood, is looking to hire Direct Support Providers to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, and /or mental illness. This program is located in Roseau, MN.

1 Part time position with 36 hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include evenings and every other weekend.

1 Full time position with 62 hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include days and every other weekend.

1 Full time position with 61 hours every 2 weeks. Shifts include days, evenings and evenings every other weekend. 


Interested applicants must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and reliable. Previous PCS/SFHS Direct Care experience, 2 yr., 4, and/or CNA (NAR), TMA and EMT certification also qualify candidates for higher starting wages and shift differentials.
