Feather is looking for a Social Media and Creative Content Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy. You will be responsible for making content at Feather innovative and competitive. This role takes the lead in understanding and capitalizing on trends, developing strategy, and project managing new content initiatives that drive value for Feather's customers and partners. We're looking for a highly organized go-getter who can collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing leads. You'll be leading the charge to increase our online presence and grow overall digital marketing efforts. Ideally, you're very comfortable working cross-functionally but are also confident enough to take ideas from concept to completion without much hand-holding. You should be a strong writer with an interest in learning Feather's tone of voice, with an interest in storytelling, and an ability to see and shape narratives from a range of business activities.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the marketing team to build and execute a top-notch social media strategy that aligns with overarching business and brand objectives

  • Propose and project managing new content initiatives that keep Feather content best in class and defensible from our competitors

  • Craft, edit, publish and share engaging brand stories daily across multiple social media channels

  • Maintain visual standards across content and social

  • Manage content calendar for all company and brand social media channels inclusive of Instagram, Instagram Stories, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn

  • Deliver high-quality assets in multiple formats depending on creative briefs

  • Understand and predict social media trends to keep Feather relevant

  • Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance

  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-discipline teams

What you have:

  • 4+ years of professional social media experience preferably for consumer products or consumer-oriented marketing campaigns

  • Modern and expressive social media content portfolio with an understanding of and experience in: branding, layout, colors, and typography in digital media

  • Mastery of a wide range of social media production tools, techniques, and approaches

  • An entrepreneurial attitude, and an interest in working autonomously

  • Interest in interiors and home
