KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Operations and Quality Assurance to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.


  • Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by assuring that new and refactored features are free of defects

  • Manage vendors and provide input into the contractual terms and conditions of the solution (e.g. SLA achievement)

  • Accountable for the management and execution of QA Testing strategies against project requirements as well as ensuring that testing deliverables meet expected outcomes

  • Estimate/review QA Test efforts as per KPMG defined QA process & standards

  • Act as escalation point for quality related issues and provide report to key operational and delivery stakeholders in matters of compliance and best practice on projects

  • Conduct user acceptance testing sessions; maintain the defect documentation system


  • Minimum of eight years' experience working with and managing onshore/offshore QA resources for testing outcomes

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • In depth knowledge of testing and functional validation of web, desktop and mobile applications; and experience with Agile or other Rapid application development methodologies

  • Excellent research, documentation, project planning and implementation skills with experience in reviewing/presenting metrics/KPI's, risks, issues/challenges to stakeholders

  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization

  • Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
