The Sr. Learning Partner is responsible for supporting organizational development through independent design, delivery and implementation of learning and leading programs. Facilitates Learning and Leading programs in an organized and professional manner to ensure intended learning and an exceptional participant experience. Uses appropriate adult learning methodologies in the facilitation and design of organizational programs Researches and develops course content and materials for new training programs based on organizational needs. Reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs and recommends appropriate changes. Develops monitoring measurement tools to determine the effectiveness of training and development projects and prepares reports regarding specific needs for training and effectiveness of current projects. Ensures ongoing evaluation and improvement of organizational development and training programs based on feedback from participants and management as well as self evaluation nsures accurate records of educational activities. Collects and maintains a current resource file of materials and best industry practice methodologies using literature searches and benchmark data. Researches current resources, trends, and best practices and evaluates potential value of application to the organization. Uses and maintains Learning and Leading resources appropriately Experience At least 2 years experience working in a Career Services, Higher Education, or Human Resources environment Education Bachelor#s degree in education, human resources, organizational development or related field Skills Good computer skills, interpersonal # human relations skills and oral # written communication skills; good problem solving # critical thinking skills and time management/prioritization skills; good organizational skills; Ability to travel to various facilities within the health system # keywords: HR, Human Resources, training, development, orientation15582
