Job Description

VOICE is looking for a Public Relations assistant to participate in our campaign launches for one of our main accounts. This role consists of team collaboration, consumer engagement, and a meticulous eye for categorizing and delineating patterns and similarities.


  • Act as day-to-day liaison between agency partners, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

  • Support vetting, research, and management of key influencers and advocates across multiple channels.

  • Collaborate on the development of influencer content and activations that drive earned awareness, advocacy, and consideration.

  • Write, edit, and proofread high quality internal and external communications content.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of social and earned measurement analysis tools, platforms, and strategies.

  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to support strategy and cross-promotion of influencer content.

  • Monitor emerging trends in influencer marketing, social media, and the competitive environment to deliver perceptions that help inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with team members and communicates relevant information to the supervisor.

  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.


  • Associate’s Degree in Public Relations, communication or related.

  • At least a 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Experience with talent management and influencer marketing campaigns preferred.

  • Able to prioritize and work under strict deadlines.

  • Able to adapt to varying priorities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to think strategically and critically with emphasis in accuracy and urgency.

  • Experienced using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.
