BYU-Pathway's product managers are seeking motivated students who have a strong interest in product management to assist them in delighting customers by helping create compelling digital products used by BYU-Pathway students, missionaries, and employees in over 150 countries. Each of the five available positions is paired with and reports to a BYU-Pathway product manager and will gain experience as they assist product managers in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle. Digital products include our student portal, student information system, student support chatbot, and more.

This position occasionally requires in-office work, and applicants must be able and willing to drive to downtown Salt Lake City on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities
Write user stories and product requirements
Prioritize backlog of user stories
Create presentations, diagrams, reports, and other documentation
Propose new product ideas
Train and provide demos with customers
Provide product troubleshooting and reporting
Perform technology evaluation and research
Record and report meeting notes and action items
- Research data to identify customer needs
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Takes initiative; proactive
Detail oriented and highly organized
Completes work on time with minimal supervision
Tech savvy and can learn new tools quickly
Team player that collaborates well with others
Carefully prioritizes competing tasks and responsibilities
High proficiency in Office 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Flexible and adaptable to change
Worthiness Qualification
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
