Job Summary:

Our Customer Care Consultant is a high performer in customer facing roles that require them to build relationships through a consultative process to meet the needs of the customer.


What you'll do:

  • Receive calls and makes outbound calls to assist customers with their membership inquiries

  • Be able to handle all customer issues – One Call resolution

  • Focus on quality service

  • Manage your inbound and outbound calls effectively

  • Build and set aggressive goals and surpass them

  • Prior experience working directly in customer oriented service roles
