Job Summary:
Our Customer Care Consultant is a high performer in customer facing roles that require them to build relationships through a consultative process to meet the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities:
What you'll do:
- Receive calls and makes outbound calls to assist customers with their membership inquiries
- Be able to handle all customer issues – One Call resolution
- Focus on quality service
- Manage your inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Build and set aggressive goals and surpass them
- Thrive with the support of your teammates
What it takes to be successful:

- Prior experience working directly in customer oriented service roles
- A desire to develop, grow and adapt to a changing environment
- Prior call center experience is preferred but not required
