WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE


Industrial Finishes, Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join the IF team. As a Warehouse Associate for Industrial Finishes, you must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team and possess a professional, customer-focused attitude. Perform daily warehouse/store functions to achieve company and department goals. Able to complete shipping/receiving and order-pulling functions in an accurate, honest, and safe manner.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Check orders for completeness and accuracy in a timely manner

  • Process required paperwork for warehouse activities

  • Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all facets of interaction

  • Comply with all safety and DOT regulations, procedures and training

  • Deliver complete, accurate and on-time deliveries to customers as needed

Experience/Skills Requirement:



  • 6+ months of warehouse experience (preferred)

  • Have and maintain a satisfactory driving record as well as current driver's license

  • Ability to identify product numbers and alpha/numeric codes

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, exciting work environment

  • Proficient listening, verbal and written communication skills

  • Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
