Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation

Provides subject matter expertise and analysis on functions of program management and execution. Works with a Product Manager or Program Executive Office on Milestone A and Milestone B artifacts and works towards obtaining Program of Record designation while simultaneously supporting program stand up. Develops customized acquisition strategies and present such strategies to senior leaders and the Milestone Decision Authority demonstrating understanding of Adaptive Acquisition Framework and how to tranisition between pathways.


Develops and works with Capability Development Documents as well as familiarity with US Army Proponency and/or Joint AROC/JCIDS processes. Works towards defining Program Objective Memorandums (POM) requirements as well as developing Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution artifacts and processes. Advises senior Government leadership in the interpretation and tailoring of acquisition programs and regulations, ensuring executable, affordable, and supportable approaches are developed for selected acquisition programs. Works closely with Government program personnel and staff to ensure that all required program acquisition documentation is adequate and complete for supported programs to meet critical milestone requirements.


Required



  • BS or BA in a related field

  • Minimum 15 years combined experience in DoD acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management

  • Strong understanding of acquisition strategies

  • Approximately 25% travel

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances


Desired



  • Master's in a related field

  • DAWIA certifed in Program Management

  • Operational Security experience

  • Experience with fielding and equipping
