Through our dedicated, experienced and skilled clinicians, we provide patients and their families with the highest quality of personalized care. Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.

Job Summary

This position will support the Nurse Manger in supervision of the 3 child and adolescent inpatient units, 29 beds in total. Supervises a work group to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product or service is delivered in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License.


• Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school required


• Experience Supervising/leading a team of employees


• At least 3 years' experience in child and adolescent psychiatric nursing preferred


• BLS certification by the American Heart Association by date of hire
