Responsible for assisting all Chefs in culinary operations. Undertake the physical and administrative responsibilities in the relief or assistance of any Chefs as needed. Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or in a Lead Cook role; at least 3 years knowledge and experience in managing multiple associates; have Serve Safe Food Sanitation Certification or willingness to become certified. Culinary Associate degree preferred with fine dining experience. Schedule varies, including weekends and holidays.
