Outstanding Mira Mesa company seeks candidate to perform and monitor system processes. Seeking 1-3 years IT experience in a help desk Tier 1 or Tier 2 role, or a new graduate who is seeking to increase experience. Must be comfortable working or interacting with internal customers, and have ability to meet deadlines and work in a high volume environment.
â¢Perform system back-up and maintenance procedures.
â¢Monitor completion of automated system processes.
â¢Perform recovery procedures as directed.
â¢Perform password resets and profile set ups.
â¢Log incidents and maintain help desk database.
â¢Handle in bound calls and ensure customer satisfaction through entire transaction.
â¢Answer user software questions via telephone and e-mail.
â¢Research, provide, and document accurate solutions to user problems on a timely basis.
â¢Effective escalation and document all support calls for which resolution at this level is not possible.
â¢Focus on application-based.
â¢Very limited work with network/PC maintenance.
