Outstanding Mira Mesa company seeks candidate to perform and monitor system processes. Seeking 1-3 years IT experience in a help desk Tier 1 or Tier 2 role, or a new graduate who is seeking to increase experience. Must be comfortable working or interacting with internal customers, and have ability to meet deadlines and work in a high volume environment.
Duties include:
•Perform system back-up and maintenance procedures.
•Monitor completion of automated system processes.
•Perform recovery procedures as directed.
•Perform password resets and profile set ups.
•Log incidents and maintain help desk database.
•Handle in bound calls and ensure customer satisfaction through entire transaction.
•Answer user software questions via telephone and e-mail.
•Research, provide, and document accurate solutions to user problems on a timely basis.
•Effective escalation and document all support calls for which resolution at this level is not possible.
•Focus on application-based.
•Very limited work with network/PC maintenance.
