Servpro of Cheviot and Cleves, a local family owned franchise, has an immediate opening for a skilled, experienced Administrative Assistant to help us continue moving forward. A great candidate is confident, assertive, organized and also sympathetic towards our customer's misfortunes. The right attitude makes all the difference in helping us make it "Like it never even happenedâ¢" for our customers.
This is a very fast paced business that runs on strict deadlines. During busy times this can be a challenge so candidates must be able to stay organized and deliver the same results no matter the volume of business. Our company is nearly paperless so applicants must be well versed in MS Office applications and able to learn several other apps/programs that are industry specific, some that are proprietary and run on iOS devices and on PC. Job duties include receiving jobs via phone/download, initiating job files, coordinating file information with Crew Leaders and Estimators, entering estimates, completing and auditing job files for insurance billing, managing A/R and A/P, managing the schedule and other very important duties that keep our franchise functioning at a high level.
Candidates must have over 2 years of experience in Office Administration and great skills in MS Outlook/Excel/Word, iPad and iPhone usage/set up, quick and accurate internet based research and the ability to learn new software quickly. Knowledge of Xactimate, drawing floor plans, troubleshooting basic PC problems and construction knowledge/experience is a major advantage.
