We are currently looking for someone we can train for a management position.
Our current office in Columbus is growing at a rate that we are now expanding into the Cincinnati metro. We are currently assembling and developing a management team to lead our operations in Cincinnati.
The person we select will need to be willing to do the interview and training at our regional office in Columbus, but after training will generally be working with our team in Cincinnati.

Supervisor / Assistant Manager
*The supervisor will be hands on in overseeing day to day operations of a group of Liberty National team members in establishing and maintaining client relations.
*Implementation and monitoring of Liberty National training systems
*Involvement in recruitment processes
*Involvement in weekly manager-development meetings
*Proper handling of paperwork and minor administrative duties
*Candidate must be willing to have professional fun with the team and help promote our culture of positivity and teamwork.
