About Ludios

Ludios takes its name from Latin; it means "The Game People". Led by Eyal, one of the co-founders of Tripledot Studios, and some of the most experienced people in mobile games, we are a studio that makes and publishes our own casual, free-to-play mobile games.

Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and genuinely passionate about the industry we work in.

Right now, we are working on a number of exciting projects, including one built around a globally recognised IP, alongside several original titles we are equally excited about.

Role Overview

As a 2D Marketing Artist, you’ll create eye-catching static and 2D assets that bring our games to life across marketing channels. You’ll work closely with Creative, Marketing, Motion, and Playable teams to turn game art into engaging creatives, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver high-quality work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the team’s static and 2D marketing art production, from brief to final delivery.
• Create static ads, store assets, ASO creatives, and promotional artwork across different marketing channels.
• Adapt existing game art into polished, engaging marketing compositions while maintaining the game’s visual style.
• Work closely with Motion Designers and Playable Developers to provide and adapt the 2D assets they need.
• Produce rapid creative variations for testing, iteration, and performance optimisation.
• Maintain strong visual consistency and quality across marketing assets and ensure they align with the game’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Game teams to understand briefs, incorporate feedback, and deliver assets on time and to a high standard.
  
  

Required Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• 2+ years of professional experience in the game industry.
• Strong 2D art and composition skills, with a good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, colour, and storytelling.
• Plus point if you have any experience creating static marketing creatives, promotional artwork, store assets, or ASO-related visuals.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, iterative environment and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Able to communicate clearly, understand briefs, and share ideas effectively.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, comfortable taking ownership of tasks and asking the right questions when requirements are unclear.
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback, with the ability to iterate quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
