Job Qualifications

Required:

• Min 4 years experience as Health Underwriter

• Experience in risk assessment, medical underwriting, or claims analysis is highly preferred

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Managing, monitoring, and analyzing risk profile data related to the COB (Class of Business) handled, in accordance with requirements, to support a smooth underwriting process.

• Performing a series of risk analysis and acceptance processes within assigned limits and authority, starting from document completeness to data entry, as well as handling issues that arise during the acceptance process.

• Creating or reviewing rules, guidelines, and other provisions that can be used by the underwriting operational team in carrying out the underwriting process.

• Handling project development to enhance insurance products and conducting portfolio performance analysis to determine pricing or rates for the developed insurance products.

• Conducting knowledge transfer to internal and/or external customers to provide information related to the underwriting process.
