Senior Account Manager - Power Equipment
As a Senior Account Manager, your mission is to develop and execute the total solutions roadmap for our Power Products, way to market strategy & value sales strategy of the business line to accelerate sustainable profitable growth. Reporting to the Country Manager and working closely with our Business Development Manager - Power Equipment.
You will
- Identifying, obtaining, and maintaining long term relationship with major key accounts in the region.
- Building strong relationship with strategic customers, knowing the needs and requirements of our key customers
- To promote our company's specialty rental solution that will drive sustainable profitable growth.
What we expect from you
- Identifying Key accounts in various categories and develop activity plan for contacts, meetings, agreements- Develop trust relationships to ensure that we are first in mind, first in choice for specialty rental solutions
- Obtain complete list of Key projects from the listed accounts in co-ordination with the regional sales manager
- Work closely with Business Development manager to ensure that we are climbing customer share ladder
- Resolve issues / problems faced by customer
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal stake holders using Key account metrics
- Business development meetings, driving presence and customer share

You have 10 years of working experience, working as a Sales or business development in Indonesia.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of various industry segments & power applications that include transformer and load bank
- Have a good understanding with experience working with sales team
- Strong power knowledge and project management skills are mandatory
- Technical savviness and fast adoption to new tools and technologies
- Solid understanding of the sales process is essential

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site.
