Account manager - Eastern area

Job Description

Account Manager - Eastern Java is responsible to find potential customers, create new sales opportunity, enhance sales, & provide technical advices of Animal Premix & Feed Additives Products for the customers in Eastern Java area such as Pasuruan, Situbondo, Jember, & Banyuwangi in order to achieve sales targets which contribute to the performance of the Company, and profitable growth of ADM’s product portfolio in the area.

Responsibilities

• Grow the sales profit and volume of Animal Premix & Feed Additives product lines through customer and distributor management.
• Gather, analyses and interpret the data that are available from our customers or potential customers
• Identifies and follow up new sales opportunities for Animal Premix & Feed Additives products by analyzing and summarizing information & trends related to the competition in the market.
• Together with related department, such as Marketing Department, Technical Services, etc., do initiate sales activities and the activities that come along with the activities
• Proactively develop Animal Premix & Feed Additives business
• Build and maintain strong positive relationship with existing customers as well as with new customers
• Prepare regular sales and market reports as required by Management
• Ensure account receivables management in line with company objectives
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Animal Husbandry major or related
• Have minimum 5 years in-job related experiences in Animal Premix & Feed Additives business
• Have excellent field sales experience of Animal Premix & Feed Additives products in Pasuruan, Situbondo, Jember & Banyuwangi area especially with Layer Farmer
• Have Technical & Professional Knowledge of Animal Premix & Feed Additives products
• A strong team player with high business acumen
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English & Bahasa
• Able and willing to work under pressure
• Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
• Have Valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
