About Mekari Flex

Mekari Flex is an employee financial wellness solution that enables employees to access a portion of their earned salary before payday. We help companies provide greater financial flexibility to their employees through a convenient, technology-driven solution.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive employee adoption, and grow the usage of Mekari Flex across our corporate client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, particularly HR, Finance, Payroll, and other key stakeholders.
• Client Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure a smooth client transition from implementation to ongoing account management, driving client engagement and product adoption.
• Employee Activation & Usage Growth: Develop and execute strategies with client HR teams to increase employee registration, activation, first withdrawal, and recurring EWA transactions.
• Account Growth: Identify opportunities to increase product utilization, expand employee coverage, and grow GMV and revenue from existing clients.
• Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess account performance, share insights, and develop action plans to achieve growth targets.
• Retention & Client Satisfaction: Monitor account health, proactively address client concerns, and minimize churn risks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Implementation, Operations, Credit/Risk, Product, and Customer Support teams to resolve issues and improve the client experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Track account-level KPIs, analyze usage trends, and provide regular performance reports and growth recommendations.
