Job Description
Sales Specialist - Swine is responsible to find potential customers, create new sales opportunity, enhance sales, & provide technical advices of Premix & Feed Additives Products for Swine in order to achieve sales targets which contribute to the performance of the Company, and profitable growth of ADM’s product portfolio in the area.

Sales Specialist - Swine is responsible to find potential customers, create new sales opportunity, enhance sales, & provide technical advices of Premix & Feed Additives Products for Swine in order to achieve sales targets which contribute to the performance of the Company, and profitable growth of ADM’s product portfolio in the area.
Responsibilities
- Grow the sales profit and volume of Premix & Feed Additives for Swine product lines through customer and distributor management.
- Gather, analyses and interpret the data that are available from our customers or potential customers
- Identifies and follow up new sales opportunities of Premix & Feed Additives for swine products by analyzing and summarizing information & trends related to the competition in the market.
- Providing technical support to customers regarding the selection of premixes and feed additives products.
- Regularly monitoring customer needs through regular visits to farmers.
- Together with related department, such as Marketing Department, Technical Services, etc., do initiate sales activities and the activities that come along with the activities
- Proactively develop Premix & Feed Additives for swine business
- Build and maintain strong positive relationship with existing customers as well as with new customers
- Prepare regular sales and market reports as required by Management
- Ensure account receivables management in line with company objectives
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Animal Husbandry major or related
- Have minimum 8 years in-job related experiences in Animal Premix & Feed Additives business especially for Swine
- Have excellent field sales experience of Animal Feed Premix & Feed Additives in certain area such as Central Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara & Sulawesi
- Have Technical & Professional Knowledge of Animal Premix & Feed Additives products for swine
- A strong team player with high business acumen
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English & Bahasa
- Able and willing to work under pressure
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
- Have Valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
