  • Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial and management reports.
  • Manage group financial consolidation across business entities and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review account balances, payables, accruals, expense recognition, journal entries, and cash sales records.
  • Analyse financial performance against budgets and prior-year results, highlighting key variances and cost trends.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies in line with applicable PSAK, IFRS, and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate annual external audits, ensuring accurate and timely submission of supporting documentation.
  • Identify potential control weaknesses and fraud risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support ISO 9001:2015 implementation and develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and work assignments.
