FINNS Beach Club is looking for Admin Applications Support Officer to assist in maintaining and supporting internal business platforms, including monday.com, Zendesk, respond.io, and Make.com.
This role will support daily system operations, user assistance, workflow maintenance, knowledge base updates, customer service platform support, automation monitoring, documentation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
