We are looking for a motivated and passionate undergraduate or fresh graduate to join our internship program as a Admin Kelas at PT Dialogika Persona Indonesia. As a admin kelas, you have a responsibility to managing class and connecting between company and clients. This is unpaid program but you will unlock new experience and skills. At the end of internship program, you will also get internship certificate and LinkedIn recommendation.

 

Job Responsibility :

  • Manage Dialogika Online & Offline Classes
  • Act as a liaison between participants, mentors, and the company (sharing information about schedules, materials, and class needs)
  • Manage class communication groups (WhatsApp) for updates and announcements
  • Provide technical support for online/offline classes (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
  • Coordinate class schedules with mentors/instructors
  • Assist participants with any issues they face during the class
  • Create class documentation (photos, testimonials, reports)

Here are the qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate from any major
  • Based in Yogyakarta and able to work from the office for 4 times a week
  • Conscientious and hard-working
  • Able to communicate and collaborate well with the team
  • Comfortable using online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Having experience in administrative or class management tasks is a plus
