Monitoring Operasional

  • Memantau aktivitas operasional harian (ATM, cash, layanan, dll)
  • Memastikan semua proses berjalan sesuai SOP

Kontrol & Validasi Data

  • Mengecek keakuratan data operasional
  • Validasi laporan dari tim lapangan / unit lain

Incident Tracking

  • Mencatat dan memonitor setiap gangguan atau masalah
  • Follow-up sampai issue selesai

Koordinasi Antar Tim

  • Berkomunikasi dengan tim:
    • Monitoring ATM
    • FLM / teknisi
    • CPC (cash processing)
  • Menjadi penghubung antar divisi
Pembuatan Laporan

  • Report harian, mingguan, bulanan
  • Analisis performa operasional

Compliance & SOP Control

  • Memastikan semua aktivitas sesuai prosedur
  • Membantu audit internal
