- Melakukan monitoring operasional harian tim CIT (pergerakan crew, jadwal, dan status delivery/pickup).
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas berjalan sesuai SOP dan SLA yang ditetapkan.
- Menginput, mengupdate, dan memvalidasi data operasional ke dalam sistem.
- Mengontrol dan mencocokkan data transaksi (cash in/out) dengan laporan dari tim lapangan.
- Menangani dan menindaklanjuti kendala operasional serta melakukan eskalasi jika diperlukan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (CIT, FLM, dan pihak terkait) untuk kelancaran operasional.
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap kelengkapan dokumen operasional (manifest, BA, dll).
- Menyusun dan mengirimkan laporan operasional secara berkala (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
- Memastikan akurasi data dan ketepatan waktu reporting.
- Menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan data operasional.
