Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. Requirements:

• Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
• Menguasai Microsoft Excel
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, dan teliti dalam mengolah data
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan interpersonal yang baik.
• Mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan, melakukan monitoring, serta koordinasi pekerjaan tim untuk mencapai target.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin di industri manufaktur menjadi nilai tambah.
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan input, validasi, analisis, rekonsiliasi, dan monitoring data retur (customer return, sales return, dan supplier return) dari berbagai sumber seperti sistem, email, dan laporan operasional.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim Warehouse, Sales, serta departemen terkait untuk memastikan proses retur berjalan efektif dan tepat waktu.
• Mengoordinasikan pekerjaan operator retur, termasuk pembagian prioritas pekerjaan, monitoring penyelesaian tugas, serta memastikan proses administrasi dilakukan sesuai prosedur dan target yang ditetapkan.
• Memberikan arahan dan pendampingan kepada operator terkait proses retur serta membantu menyelesaikan kendala operasional sehari-hari.
