Job Desc

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations
  • Manage data entry, documentation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
  • Coordinate internal requests, approvals, and follow-ups
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and basic reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration, office support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and administrative systems
  • Experience supporting documentation, data tracking, and record maintenance
  • Exposure to internal processes, audits, or compliance documentation is an advantage
