Affiliate Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop affiliate partnership strategies and recruitment workflows
• Set affiliate selection criteria based on GMV, followers & content quality
• Supervise affiliate collaboration, negotiation, barter programs & approvals
• Develop creative concepts, content briefs and scripts for affiliates
• Monitor content quality, brand compliance and content-related issues
• Manage and develop top affiliates to improve sales performance
• Plan and monitor monthly affiliate missions, rewards and promotional programs
• Analyze GMV Net, KPI achievement and affiliate performance
• Lead daily team operations, DAP, affiliate budget and sample product allocation

Requirements:

• D3/S1 in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
• 2–3 years of experience in Affiliate Management or KOL Specialist; Beauty or Skincare experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience is a plus
• Proficient in TikTok & Shopee Affiliate Centre
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance reporting skills
• Familiar with affiliate sourcing tools such as Kalodata and Affiliate Centre
• Strong understanding of content trends and affiliate marketing
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Creative, results-oriented, organized and detail-oriented
• High integrity and good time management
