This is not a fully remote position. Our office is based in Ubud, Bali, and regular in-person attendance at our Ubud office is required for meetings, collaboration, training, and other business needs. You must already be living in Bali to be considered for this role. Applications from candidates living outside Bali or planning to relocate because of this position will not be considered.

Akasha Yoga Academy is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven AI Automation Expert to help optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support our growing digital ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building automations, and leveraging AI to streamline business operations. You'll work closely with multiple departments to create efficient systems, improve customer experiences, and support our mission of delivering transformative yoga education worldwide.

Job Summary

As our AI Automation Expert, you will design and implement AI-powered automations, build workflow integrations using Zapier, optimize CRM systems, support digital marketing operations, and assist with website management. You'll also help identify opportunities to improve internal processes through automation and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

AI Automation (Highest Priority)

-Design, implement, and maintain AI-powered workflows to improve business efficiency.

-Research, test, and integrate new AI tools that support company operations.

-Build and optimize AI agents and automation systems.

-Train team members on AI tools and automation best practices.

 Zapier Automation (Highest Priority)

-Design and manage advanced automation workflows using Zapier.

-Automate lead management, customer follow-up, reporting, and internal processes.

-Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.

-Continuously improve existing workflows for greater efficiency.

CRM & Email Marketing

-Manage and optimize CRM systems.

-Build customer journeys and audience segmentation.

-Create and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp.

-Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Website & Digital Platforms

-Update and maintain websites using Squarespace or Wix.

-Perform webmaster tasks including website maintenance, domain management, and platform integrations.

-Edit landing pages, email templates, and website content using visual editors.

 Process Improvement

-Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across departments.

-Learn and implement new tools as business needs evolve.

-Recommend solutions that improve productivity and team collaboration.

Collaboration

-Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

-Provide regular project updates and communicate progress clearly.

-Support technical troubleshooting and operational improvements when needed.

-Proven experience building automation using AI tools and Zapier.

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.

-Comfortable learning new technologies and adapting to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience with additional automation platforms (Make, n8n, etc.).

-Experience with AI agents and LLM-based workflows.

-Digital marketing experience.

-Knowledge of customer segmentation, analytics, and reporting.

-Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
