Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities, translating business needs into practical use cases and implementation plans.
- Recommend AI initiatives based on business priorities and collaborate with related departments to define scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Design, test, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve AI automation solutions.
- Integrate AI tools seamlessly with internal systems, databases, dashboards, and workflows.
- Monitor solution performance, resolve operational issues, and ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation and maintain accurate records of project progress and system updates.
- Support user adoption by training users on implemented AI tools, providing active guidance, and sharing knowledge.
- Coordinate initiatives with cross-functional teams and report progress on a monthly basis to the Board or appointed members.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a closely related technical field.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining AI, machine learning, or automation solutions in a production environment.
- Strong programming skills (e.g., Python) and hands-on experience integrating AI models with backend systems, APIs, and databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English
