We are looking for a motivated Air Freight Intern to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Order Management Solution Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to freight forwarding operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

We are looking for a motivated Air Freight Intern to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Order Management Solution Team. This role offers hands-on exposure to freight forwarding operations in a dynamic logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for freight forwarding processes and operational activities under close supervision.
- Assist with routine and repetitive tasks such as shipment document preparation and arrangement.
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of shipment records.
- Support internal communication and coordination with stakeholders as required.
- Assist the team in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Good command of English (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management skills and self-discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with willingness to learn.
- University students (final semester) from any major.
- Active involvement in campus organizations is preferred.
- Previous internship experience will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in airfreight and logistics operations
- Exposure to global supply chain processes
- Learning opportunities in a professional and collaborative environment
