Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
- Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to grow the client's portfolio
- Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Actively monitor client accounts and portfolios, and provide timely updates and recommendations
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Treasures Banking segment
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software to track and manage client portfolios
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
