Kami sedang mencari seorang IT Application Support yang dinamis dan kompeten untuk bergabung dengan tim IT kami. Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional aplikasi internal perusahaan, mengelola database, serta memberikan dukungan teknis (L1 Support) kepada pengguna.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Menangani dukungan teknis tingkat pertama (L1 Support) terkait kendala pada aplikasi perusahaan.
  • Melakukan troubleshooting, pembuatan query SQL, dan pemeliharaan database relasional.
  • Membuat dan melakukan kustomisasi laporan operasional menggunakan Crystal Report.
  • Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan pengaturan otoritas/hak akses aplikasi pengguna (termasuk MS Office Suite, Outlook, Windows, CRM Bitrix, dan SAP Business One).

  • Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal S1/D3 jurusan Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang IT Application Support, IT Functional Support, atau IT Support.
  • Memiliki kemampuan yang kuat dalam menggunakan Query SQL dan memahami konsep Database Relasional.
  • Menguasai penggunaan Crystal Report untuk pembuatan laporan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam mendukung sistem ERP (diutamakan SAP Business One atau MS Dynamics).
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk melayani kebutuhan teknis pengguna (user).
