This is a high-impact role focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement, with full accountability for performance, cost, and service delivery.

How you create impact

Operations Management

• Lead and manage daily operations across multiple warehouse sites
• Ensure smooth execution of 24/7 operations across 3 shifts
• Oversee multi-customer warehouse environments (existing customers)
• Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality warehouse operations
• Lead and develop a diverse operations team including direct reports, specialists, and support functions
• Manage a large operational workforce within a shift-based environment
• Drive a strong culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Own and manage P&L for assigned operations
• Monitor and control operational costs to improve profitability
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency

Customer Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key customers
• Ensure delivery of service excellence and achievement of customer KPIs
• Act as the main escalation point for operational and service issues

Continuous Improvement & Technology

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
• Identify and implement process optimization and automation opportunities
• Leverage technology to improve daily operational activities
• Support and expand Value-Added Services (VAS) capabilities

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to QSHE standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high-quality warehouse operations and service standards

What we would like you to bring

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in warehousing or logistics
• Proven experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations
• Experience handling multi-site or complex warehouse environments
• Strong exposure to P&L management and cost control
• Experience managing multiple customers within a warehouse setting

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Customer-focused with excellent stakeholder management ability
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, processes, and systems
• Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
• Tech-savvy with ability to drive operational digitalization
• Knowledge or exposure to Value-Added Services (VAS) is an advantage
• Open-minded, agile, and adaptable
• Hands-on and operationally strong
• Growth-oriented with potential to take on expanded scope
