- Grow sales (volume & value mix) – GSV Target Drive distribution – AO and ULB
- Execute commercial plans: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, perfect store plus trade engagement and trade promo, new product launches
- Manage day to day operation at Distributor within scope of area
- Manage salesman, Business Performance Review, Instore execution compliance
- Drive local/tactical initiatives and propose new projects within scope with prepared business plans.
- Managing availability Stock at distributor to avoid OOS to distribute the product and Priority strategy for SKU Sensitive.
