Job Responsibility
- Melakukan trial, uji stabilitas, analisa, dan pelaporan hasil alternatif/substitusi bahan baku untuk memastikan kesesuaian spesifikasi produk
- Mendukung trial produksi skala lab, pilot, dan pabrik, termasuk validasi proses, pemantauan parameter kritis, serta analisa hasil produksi
- Menyusun, menyimpan, dan mengarsipkan data stabilitas, analisa, bahan baku, dan produk secara tertib
- Memberikan dukungan teknis dan administratif kepada Formulation Manager, termasuk koordinasi lintas divisi
- Menjaga kerahasiaan data, ketepatan waktu pekerjaan, serta kebersihan dan kerapihan lingkungan kerja
- Pendidikan minimal D3 atau S1 Jurusan Kimia atau Farmasi dengan IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00)
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang Product Development / Formulation / R&D (diutamakan Cosmetic Decorative atau FMCG)
- Memahami trial formulasi, uji stabilitas, dan analisa spesifikasi produk dan terbiasa melakukan trial produksi skala lab, pilot, atau pabrik
- Teliti, analitis, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim, komunikatif, memiliki integritas dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data
- Mampu menyusun laporan dan pengarsipan data dengan rapi
