 About the job Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Balikpapan

  • Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
  • Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with management and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of departmental activities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to facilitate effective team coordination.
  • Prepare reports, handle administrative tasks, and perform other duties assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, responsible, eager to learn, and motivated to build a professional career in the logistics industry.
