What You Will Do

As the Assistant to the Plant Director, you will ensure seamless operations, facilitate clear communication, and support key strategic initiatives.

In This Role, You Will

• Executive Support & Coordination: Masterfully manage the Plant Director's agenda, coordinate complex international business travel, and handle expense management to ensure efficiency and precision.
• Communication & Information Hub: Act as a central point for information, preparing impactful presentations, managing internal communication events, and ensuring key messages are relayed effectively across the plant.
• Project & Initiative Leadership: Provide critical support on various projects, lead our company's CSR programs, and manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive change and achieve our sustainability goals.
• Operational Excellence: Support visitor management by providing guidance on local regulations and logistics, manage office supplies, and contribute to KPI tracking and benchmarking to drive performance.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We Are Seeking Someone Who Is Proactive And Highly Organized Professional With An Exceptional Ability To Manage Multiple Priorities In a Dynamic Environment. We Are Looking For Candidates Who Demonstrate

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in an administrative or assistantship role.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive and autonomous mindset, with the resourcefulness to solve problems independently.
• Excellent fluency in English (both written and spoken).
