Schinder Law Firm is a legal consulting firm focused on delivering strategic and comprehensive legal services, covering litigation, non-litigation, corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and the development of client-oriented legal solutions. We are committed to providing professional, high-integrity, and results-driven legal services.

We are currently seeking an experienced legal professional to join us as a Senior Associate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee legal matters end-to-end, both litigation and non-litigation.
• Provide legal opinions, risk analysis, and appropriate legal strategies tailored to client needs.
• Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, including commercial contracts, cooperation agreements, legal memoranda, and other corporate documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration.
• Handle and provide advisory services related to data protection in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage client relationships professionally and ensure the highest quality of legal services.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Junior Lawyers.
• Collaborate with Partners in developing legal strategies and strengthening the firm’s legal services (legal products).
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree in Business Law or related field is preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably in a reputable law firm.
• Holds a valid advocate license.
• Strong understanding in:
• Business and corporate law
• Litigation and dispute resolution
• Arbitration (domestic and international)
• Data protection / personal data protection
• Relevant experience aligned with the legal services/products developed by Schinder Law Firm, such as:
• Corporate & Commercial Advisory
• Contract Drafting & Review
• Dispute Resolution & Litigation
• Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution
• Legal Compliance & Risk Management
• Data Protection & Regulatory Advisory
• Strong legal analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent legal drafting and legal writing skills (both Bahasa Indonesia, English, Mandarin).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong leadership capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Willing working area in Jakarta or Bali (subject to company needs)
