In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Own and drive social media revenue performance, with clear accountability for conversion metrics including Orders, Quantity, GMV, ROI, and Followers/Members.
  • Build and execute end-to-end social media go-to-market strategies across six key channels: Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, KOL/Influencers, Community Groups, and Facebook to maximize sales and conversion.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute high-converting content, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that drive measurable business results through both organic and paid channels.
  • Lead social media advertising efforts across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, performance optimization, and ROI management.
  • Produce localized, customer-centric content tailored to Indonesian audiences across multiple formats, including static creatives, carousel posts, short-form videos, livestreams, community content, and emerging social formats. Including /B testing across content formats, messaging, creatives, audiences, and campaign mechanics to improve business performance.
  • Develop and execute creator and influencer strategies to scale content production during key campaigns while maintaining strong cost efficiency and conversion performance outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor community engagement across Telegram and other platforms, ensuring fast response times, positive customer interactions, and strong community sentiment.
  • Analyze platform performance using data-driven insights and continuously optimize content, audience strategies, media spend, and engagement tactics to improve conversion and ROI. Including deliver regular performance reports and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders based on business impact.
  • Track travel industry trends, social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform opportunities to identify new growth levers for the business


What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing roles. Digital Marketing knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Highly creative with a strong ability to develop original content ideas that balance brand engagement and commercial performance.
  • Experienced in working with influencers, content creators, agencies, and production teams to deliver scalable content efficiently.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions
