Associate Trainer - Temporary Maternity Cover

• Design and deliver training programs related to manufacturing, modular systems, compliance, and certifications.
• Lead and support trainers to ensure effective and engaging training delivery.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, HR, Compliance, and Operations teams to identify training and development needs.
• Manage training schedules, materials, completion tracking, and training evaluations.
• Administer and maintain digital learning platforms.
• Support library and knowledge center operations.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, surveys, and wellness activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in training, learning & development, or manufacturing training. Fresh graduates with internship experience in training or learning & development are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LMS or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
• Well-organized, collaborative, and passionate about people development.
