Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the Semarang region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide comprehensive wealth management advisory services, offering tailored solutions across investment, insurance, and treasury products.
• Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets in line with the Consumer Banking Group's objectives.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align client investments with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and market outlook.
• Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver seamless financial services and solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal bank policies.
  
  

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of success in wealth management, priority banking, or relationship management.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, insurance, and treasury products.
• Possession of relevant financial certifications, such as WAPERD and AAJI.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
