The role

Asst cabinet care manager is a role that acts as a strategic and operational partner to the Area Sales team, ensuring the seamless end-to-end lifecycle management of all company cabinets. The role is responsible for driving cabinet deployment targets, managing comprehensive logistics (including redeployment, pull-outs, repairs, and disposals), and maintaining strict asset control through rigorous store-level monitoring, tracking, and annual audits.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Managing one of the most important assets in Ice Cream business, cabinet freezer, through:

  • Building a close partnership with Area Sales Manager & Asst. Area Sales Manager and providing solution for all cabinet related issues.
  • Supporting Area team to achieve Cabinet Deployment as per plan.
  • Implementing a flawless; thorough & detail end-to-end Cabinet Management start from deployment, redeployment, pull out, repair, stock readiness and up to disposal of cabinet.
  • Robust Cabinet Monitoring at store level; Concessionaires & RPMC (DDT Asset tracking, stock take, stock availability & annual verification)

We’re Looking For Someone Who

  • Bachelor’s degree from any majors is open
  • Candidate possess field background and willing to frequently travel across his/her area of responsibility
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Interest to work in sales area and willing to be placed in all over Indonesia area
