Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of financial institution clients, including banks, insurance companies, and asset managers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements
- Collaborate with various internal teams, such as product specialists and credit analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to anticipate client needs and proactively offer relevant solutions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's strategic initiatives within the Institutional Banking Group
Requirements
- Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including the products and services offered by banks and other financial institutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the bank's strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and growing a client portfolio
